Building joints — construction joints, movement joints and window and door perimeters — are common leak points because they are designed to flex, which stresses rigid materials over time. We use flexible polyurethane and silicone sealants that accommodate structural movement while maintaining a watertight seal, backed with bond-breaker tape and backer rod installation for correct joint design.
