Foundation waterproofing is applied before backfilling to keep groundwater from ever reaching the structure, which is far more effective and economical than treating a foundation after occupation. We apply bituminous and liquid membrane systems to below-grade walls and footings, integrated with drainage boards where soil conditions demand it.
